Admin work includes dealing with sensitive information and we place high value on information security. We do not expect clients sharing any type of documentation without a Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (Non-disclosure Agreement) in place.

Our cooperation starts with the discussion on the client’s current status and future goals. We aim to discover if additional resources and/or competencies from our side would benefit the organization.

We approach each project individually and work together with the client on finding the most efficient and effective solution for them. We tailor the solution to the specific need and do our best to be as flexible as we can without compromising the quality standards.

The chosen solution is to be clearly defined in terms of project deliveries, timeline, pricing and payment terms in the form of a Service Agreement. We believe that setting realistic expectations is one of the keys to a successful partnership.
