Our Team

OUR TEAM

The two founders of our organization, Ema and Ena, recognized the need of having qualified staff take care of the admin activities that organizations are heavily outsourcing nowadays. By joining their forces, they work hard on proving that outsourcing does not have to compromise quality and can still save costs. They believe this is possible by using the potential of developing European countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, their home country.

The majority of Zenos team is located in Zenica, an industrial city in the heart of the country, the hometown of our founders. This is a young team of enthusiastic project managers who enjoy taking care of back-office and administrative tasks for small businesses. We actually like paperwork, believe it or not.

Our team members are fluent in the following languages:

How does our employee profile look like?

  • The first trait we look for in our employee is the ability to communicate effectively. We truly believe that communication is the basis of any successful cooperation.
  • We recruit project managers with an academic background in economics, management, law and/or IT, in order to have a versatile team that is able to go the extra mile.
  • As for the skillset, our team members must have excellent English language skills and a high computer literacy. They also need to be true self-starters with a proven record of functioning well in an international environment.
