Zenos Celebrates Successful Office Opening in Zenica!
Exciting news is coming from Zenos! We are thrilled to share that we now have our very own office. Since October 2023, work in our new office has been in full swing, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of our company. Starting as a fully virtual team in 2019 and working remotely for several years, Zenos has established a physical presence with several team members operating from Zenica, an industrial city at the heart of Bosnia and Herzegovina, representing the hometown of our founders. It is also the home for the majority of our members, contributing to the decision to establish our office here.
The office is located in the business zone of Zenica, specifically in the building of the agency "Zeda." Zeda is an agency established by the City of Zenica in 2004 with the aim of empowering economic development, supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, and creating a favorable environment that ultimately leads to community and regional development. This office location provides us with the opportunity to be part of a dynamic business community, sharing space with various other organizations with similar goals and dreams.
The office opening signifies not only a change in the location of our work but also in how we function as a team. Physical presence allows us to intensify collaboration, facilitate the exchange of ideas, and inspire one another. Now, we can face-to-face exchange ideas, foster creativity, and build stronger connections. This is a moment of joy for us, as we are confident that the office opening will further enhance our productivity and success.
After opening a physical office, Zenos now operates successfully as a hybrid team, representing a combination of virtual and physical work environments. This dynamic change brings a range of advantages. The virtual team retains its significance by offering flexibility and autonomy in work, supporting remote work for some of our employees. This flexibility in virtual work also enables us to gather ambitious and creative individuals from various cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as from other countries. In this way, the hybrid working
model doesn't limit us to one city or country but allows us to build a team with diverse knowledge and experience. We strongly beleive that hybrid mode of work gives us the best of both worlds and increases our overall productivity.
